A Relaxing, Refreshing & Renewing Experience

Daybreak Enterprises, a faith-based organization, hosts an annual Christian Retreat in Orlando, FL, emphasizing relaxation, refreshment, and renewal. Held over three days and two nights every last weekend of October, the retreat offers attendees a serene escape and spiritual rejuvenation, encapsulating the essence of its tagline: Relax, Refresh, and Renew.

Challenges

Daybreak Retreat faced a series of challenges that demanded a strategic approach. The primary hurdle was the absence of a consistent visual identity, essential for building a recognizable brand among attendees. Additionally, the organization required an array of physical marketing materials to enhance their presence. A crucial challenge was the absence of an online platform for ticket sales, necessitating a seamless digital solution to streamline the admission process.

Solution

My approach involved meticulous curation and vibrant illustration, bringing to life four musicians/recording artists per decade. We developed a user-friendly eCommerce site, accessible through QR codes integrated into the book, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Employing a creative arsenal including ProCreate, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and more, we combined artistic flair with technological finesse.

The Results

Craft a mark that exuded sophistication and elegance, mirroring the essence of the musicians portrayed. The color scheme, consisting of simple black, gray, and white tones, was accented with a bold touch of bright red, symbolizing vibrancy and passion.
